Effective
- This site has no forms and no cookies — it doesn't collect your personal data.
- I only get your account insights with your consent, through Meta's official connection, and read-only. No password needed.
- Data is processed on my own computer. The AI models run locally — your data is never sent to third-party AI services.
- I delete your data once our work is done, or sooner if you ask.
1Who processes your data
Your data is processed by Irina Trefilova (“I,” “me”). For any questions about your data, you can reach me on Telegram at @reelikai, on WhatsApp or by email at reelikai.mail@gmail.com.
2Data the site collects
The site has no forms, no sign-up and no cookies. It's hosted on Cloudflare: when you open a page, Cloudflare processes technical data (IP address, browser type) to deliver it and protect the site from attacks. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which reports aggregate numbers without cookies and without tracking individual people.
3Data I receive when we work together
Only what's needed to study your content:
- Messages — what you send me on Telegram, WhatsApp or by email, and your profile link.
- Your account insights — if you connect them through Meta's official login: posts, views, reach, saves, shares, follows, aggregate audience demographics and comment text. Access is read-only: I never post or change anything in your account.
- Commenters' names are not stored. If the API does return them, they're replaced with irreversible pseudonyms that can't be traced back to a name.
- Ads Manager export — only if you share it yourself for ad analysis.
- Public data from public profiles that we compare your account with: posts, their public metrics and comment text without commenters' names.
4Why
Only to prepare the study and recommendations you ordered and to go over them with you. I don't sell data, share it for advertising or use it for other clients.
Anonymized excerpts from a study (with no account names or personal data) may appear as examples on the site only with your written consent.
5How and where data is processed
Data is stored and processed on my own computer. Video, speech, text and comments are analyzed with AI models that run locally: data isn't sent to third-party AI services or used to train anyone else's models. Models trained on your data are used only for your study.
6How long data is kept
For the duration of our work and 90 days after it ends, so I can answer questions about the report. Then the data is deleted. You keep the finished report.
You can have your data deleted sooner at any time: message me through any channel, and I'll delete it and confirm.
7How to revoke account access
You can turn off access to your insights yourself at any time in your Facebook or Instagram settings, under business integrations and connected apps. After that, I no longer receive any new data.
8Who else can access the data
I don't share your data with third parties. The only services involved are the ones the work can't happen without:
- Meta — the source of your account insights;
- Telegram, WhatsApp and Gmail — where we message each other;
- Cloudflare — the site's hosting.
9Your rights
You can ask what data of yours I hold, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent to processing. Just message me on Telegram, WhatsApp or email.
10Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
